  • Calland, R (on the application of) v Financial Ombudsman Service Ltd [2013] EWHC 1327 (Admin) (21 May 2013) May 21, 2013
    Decision of Financial Ombusman was not unfair nor did it breach Article 6 ECHR for failure to hold an oral hearing. Art 6 question was whether fairness requried an oral hearing in specific facts of the case. It didn't.
